KOMIYAMA TOKYO G is pleased to present a solo exhibition by Ami Shibata.
\nFollowing her first solo exhibition held in 2024, this new show brings forth a vivid and richly colored portrayal of the artist\u2019s imaginative world. The exhibition features a collection of works that evoke the beauty of nature. Among the highlights are dynamic new pieces featuring dragons, a signature motif of the artist, as well as other auspicious and mythical animals such as giraffe, flower deer, and lotus blossoms. We invite you to experience the fantastical world of \u201cKissh\u014d Kaj\u016b\u201d through Shibata\u2019s captivating creations.<\/p>\n

\nBorn in Nagasaki. Made her debut as a cartoonist with manga \u201cNangoku-Shonen Papuwa-Kun,\u201d which has 6 million of circulation that later evolved into animation. She set off into painting since 2021, leading enormous attention of wide-ranging fans.
